It used to be a bar but is now more a restaurant as a bar. It is visited mostly by westerners with or without their Thai wife. The food is simple, not expensive and reasonable good. The serve a range of steaks, pasta and pizza. Of course it is not top quality but it is very good value for money and they do not pretend to be more as they are.
I come here already for years and although it seems that hands have changed the staff is still the same and they are friendly and work their ass of to serve their customers.
So if you are in for a chat, drink and some food just go to "Scandinavian" restaurant. It is about 100m from the Pullman hotel and you can park your car at the TukCom parking.

Would I eat here again? Yes
